*this is not an original MVP recipe, this is merely one I found and love to bake around the menstrual phase (or really at any time of the month - so tasty) and wanted to share with you! *

You can cook your lentils from scratch, but I also bought canned lentils + rinsed them before adding to blender. You can always make the lentils in advance and leave in the fridge until you are ready to bake the muffins.

Hu’s gems is my favorite brand for chocolate chips.

I used Bob’s Red Mill for the oat flour, but King Arthur is another great brand too.

These muffins are great for the whole family and so tasty! It took me all of 30 mins from prep time to first taste so it’s a quick and easy recipe.
